Overview
The RDD Representative is responsible to support the administrative duties of the Recruit Direct Deposit (RDD) program, on boarding MCRD San Diego as well as member service in the branch. RDD representative must maintain confidentiality and provide assistance to new and existing members with all financial needs.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following non-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned. All duties are to be performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations as well as Credit Union policies and procedures:
- Provides service to the Recruit Direct Deposit Program, including Military Relations Team, administrative and clerical duties, to ensure operational efficiency.
- Provides assistance to RTR (Recruit Training Regiment) and all other applicable departments located on base.
- Provides information to Company Battalions when requested during Drill Instructor Pick-up briefs.
- Works with Recruit Administration Branch to communicate and coordinate collection of signature cards for Recruits.
- Responsible for Visa Check Card verification, assembly and dissemination to Recruits to include those in Special Training Company (STC) and Physical Conditioning Platoon (PCP).
- Attends Military award ceremonies to include occasional after hours schedule to support this relationship.
- Handles transactions for members to support branch operations.
- Maintains proficient working knowledge of all credit union products and services and general knowledge of industry standard products.
- Performs all duties and responsibilities as in Teller II job description.
- Functions effectively under intense time constraints and structured environment.
- Ensures appropriate updates and/or exchange of information is communicated to management.
- Presents a professional appearance suitable for a military audience.
- Continuously evaluates RDD processes and procedures, making recommendations for changes to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
Six months administrative experience, preferably in a credit union or similar financial institution. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
Prior military experience preferred.
Salary Range: $21.40 - $32.11
