Position Overview:
We’re looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Baker! No prior experience is necessary—just a love for baking, a great attitude, and a willingness to learn. Our goal is to create a warm, inviting bakery that serves our community with delicious treats, and we want someone who shares our enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn to prepare and bake a variety of pastries and baked goods.
- Assist with decorating cakes and desserts.
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure quality and consistency.
- Keep a clean and organized workspace.
- Package baked goods for display and take-out.
- Help with inventory and restocking supplies.
- Provide friendly customer service, including assisting with bakery and ice cream needs.
What We're Looking For:
- No experience required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
- Excitement for baking and a desire to learn new skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and helpful attitude with customers.
- ServSafe Certification will be required before the start date (we can guide you on how to get it).
