Job Responsibilities

Customer Service

Order Entry & Sales Acknowledgments

Issue Purchase Orders

Make bookings with steamship lines or freight forwarders

Coordinate trucking and follow up on import and export shipments

Prepare US Customs documents for custom brokers

Organize deliveries from warehouses and / or ports

Assist in completing Profit & Loss statements

Handle samples and sample shipments

Provide accurate and timely responses to all inquiries
