Frssteam by Milto Cleaners is a national leader in textile restoration, and we're seeking a talented Sales and Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the insurance and contractor space, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategies to drive revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Work closely with our Sales Consultant to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship-building.
- Conduct education and training programs to grow our sales with Commercial opportunities.
**Ideal Candidate:**
- 2 years outside sales experience, preferably within the restoration industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
