Associate Attorney - Capital Markets, Onsite

This role is ideal for candidates with 2-4 years of legal experience in structured finance, particularly in handling various securitization products such as Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), Whole Business Securitization, Triple-Net (NNN) leases, auto, and Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent trustees, security registrars, collateral administrators, and securities administrators in structured finance transactions.
  
• Review and negotiate primary transaction documents and agreements.
  
• Draft and negotiate ancillary documents and agreements.
  
• Maintain effective communication with clients and transaction counterparties.
  
• Work collaboratively with the team to manage and support all aspects of the practice’s workload.
