This company delivers state-of-the-art UPS systems, power distribution units (PDU), and critical backup power solutions to clients, ensuring seamless operations in data centers, industrial facilities, and mission-critical environments
Responsibilities :
- Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting on UPS systems, PDUs, ATS, battery systems, and power distribution equipment
- Provide technical on-site and remote support to customers, ensuring efficient system performance.
- Respond to emergency service requests and deliver timely resolutions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to maximize equipment lifespan.
- Utilize electrical schematics, blueprints, and test equipment to diagnose and repair systems.
- Maintain accurate service records and provide detailed reporting on field activities.
