Fry The Coop is looking for Team Members to join our expanding company! At Fry The Coop, we work as a team to deliver the best fried chicken sandwiches throughout the Chicagoland area!
As a Team Member you’d play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced and friendly environment. This position involves interacting with customers, preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall efficiency of the restaurant.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Greet and welcome customers with a positive attitude. Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries about menu items. Ensure a friendly and attentive demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere.
FOOD PREPARATION: Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and guidelines. Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant’s standards. Handle and store food ingredients safely and hygienically. Maintain a clean and organized work station.
CASH HANDLING: Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately. Process payments, provide correct change, and issue receipts. Follow proper procedures for opening and closing cash registers.
ORDER FULFILLMENT: Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation. Package and present food orders neatly for dine-in, takeout, or delivery. Verify the completeness and accuracy of orders before serving them to customers.
CLEANING AND SANITATION: Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area, including wiping tables and surfaces. Regularly clean and sanitize utensils, equipment, and high-touch surfaces. Empty trash cans and ensure proper disposal of waste.
TEAM COLLABORATION: Communicate effectively with fellow team members and supervisors. Assist colleagues during busy periods to ensure a smooth workflow.
ADHERENCE TO POLICIES: Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Comply with food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the well-being of customers.
