We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant/ Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to our office operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization.

- Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle accounts receivable duties, including account reconciliation and managing financial records.
- Utilize accounting tools sucha as QuickBooks for financial transactions.
- Support tax preparation activities and work closely with the finance team on tax-related matters.
- Assist in technical accounting tasks such as journal entries and double entry bookkeeping.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and records.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and financial record management.
- Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles including journal entries and double entry bookkeeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the finance team on tax-related activities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining financial records accurately.
