FS-Elliott is looking to add a Product Marketing Specialist to our team. This person will support the Marketing Manager in all aspects of product marketing including lead-generation, event coordination, and creative content development and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging both digital and traditional channels.
Responsibilities
• Campaign Development & Execution: Assist in the creation and execution of both digital and traditional marketing campaigns to elevate FS-Elliott's brand presence, products, and services across diverse markets.
• Digital Marketing & Social Media Management: Oversee and optimize FS-Elliott's digital presence, including the company website and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram). Work closely with vendors for SEO/SEM strategies, paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and content marketing to drive website traffic and increase social media engagement.
• Content Creation & Coordination: Collaborate with Product Management and Sales teams to develop engaging, high-quality content for multiple platforms (web, social media, newsletters, blogs, brochures), ensuring content aligns with product messaging and resonates with target audiences.
• Lead Generation & Nurturing: Implement and manage lead-generation strategies through various marketing channels. Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth and timely lead handoffs, track leads through the pipeline, and provide the necessary support to optimize lead conversion.
• Event Coordination & Promotion: Assist in planning, promoting, and executing industry events, including trade shows, sales meetings, and webinars.
• Vendor & Supplier Management: Maintain strong relationships with external vendors, ensuring the effective execution of marketing initiatives while meeting quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
• Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Regularly track and analyze marketing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems. Provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely across Product Management, Sales, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and continuous feedback loops for strategy refinement.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications are aligned with FS-Elliott's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all channels and ensuring clear and impactful messaging.
• Additional Duties: Provide flexible support for various marketing initiatives, adapting to evolving business needs. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related filed, or 2 years in marketing role preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
