Business Development Executive
The Business Development role will be solely dedicated to driving new business sales and expanding our current client base.
This role would appeal to someone passionate about the healthcare industry. This position combines the rewarding aspects of making a difference in people’s lives with the challenge of growing the business.
The Business Development Executive will build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing new business relationships. This includes a variety of different responsibilities/tasks.
- Responsible for identifying and educating potential customers and referral sources about the services provided by the Company.
- Continually prospect for new accounts and maintain current accounts
- Be visible in the community/attend relevant events by introducing our services
- Regularly consult with Management on all aspects of marketing/sales activities
Requirements:
- Healthcare/Staffing sales experience is preferred.
- Strong strategic sales skills
- Established community relationships, connections, and referrals.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong ability to effectively communicate (verbally and in writing).
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated personality, self-starter, genuine, empathetic, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable regarding standards of practice for all services offered.
Minimum of 5 Years of Sales / Marketing experience is required; healthcare experience is preferred.
Travel: Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
