FSCX, Inc., is seeking qualified individuals to serve as U.S. Army Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) Instructors. Positions are located at Fort Rucker, Alabama.
**Positions are Contingent Upon Contract Award**
Responsibilities
SERE Instructors provide subject matter expertise-based training to students attending the U.S. Army SERE School in accordance with regulatory requirements and established programs of instruction.

- Superior communication and teaching skills
Qualifications
Required:
- US Citizen
- SECRET clearance
- Full spectrum SERE-C graduate, to include Wartime, Peacetime Governmental Detention (PGD) and Hostage Detention (HD) training
- Meet physical fitness requirements specific for the position to include passing urinalysis screening
- Must pass a SERE Human Factors Psychological Test
- Present a professional and credible image at all times
Preferred:
- Graduate of the Common Faculty Development-Instructor Course (CFD-IC), an approved DoD Instructor Training Course (ITC), or other equivalent course (e.g. attended a TRADOC or Special Warfare Center & School (SWCS) approved course) prior to instructing students
- Certified to instruct IAW USA SERE School Instructor Certification Program
- 2 years’ experience as SERE Level C instructor
