Position Description:
Source print and products based on client specifications and account manager guidance
Create purchase orders and distribute to vendors based on client instructions
Actively schedule and manage timelines for arriving product and production projects
Evaluate supplier capabilities based on client needs
Ensure product delivery requirements are fulfilled by vendors
Coordinate production projects between client and internal production department
Expediently resolve and respond to client inquiries
Manage supply levels and ensure all necessary materials are on hand
Observe and relay potential improvement opportunities to account manager
Desired Skills and Characteristics:
Extreme sensitivity to deadlines and delivery dates
Self-motivated
Detail oriented
Ability to complete tasks quickly

Education and Experience:
