- Drive to customers’ homes to meet for pre-scheduled appointments.
- Carefully examine the customer’s home to provide an accurate diagnosis of the issues and provide necessary recommendations to the customer that will resolve such issues.
- Provide customers with a remarkable experience.
- Attend weekly sales meetings in Menasha.
- Be an ambassador for the company’s culture and purpose.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable and confident with transitioning to a 100% commission-based salary following the completion of training.
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new software.
- Previous sales experience. A history of excelling in a sales environment and experience prospecting/self-generating leads is a plus, but not required.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
