FSM Group, LLC, an aviation fuel management company with multiple locations in the US, is seeking a contract Recruiter and Onboarding Specialist who will be responsible for actively recruiting open positions. The position is onsite (with remote on Fridays) in the Human Resources Department at our Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson International airport location. The contract assignment period is immediate to approximately May or June.
Recruiters at FSM manage full-cycle talent recruitment and new hire onboarding for our job openings. The Recruiters are responsible for sourcing talent, screening applicants, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, extending offer letters, and onboarding new hires as well as assisting with HR administrative functions. The Recruiter will ensure a best in-class candidate and new hire experience while also achieving key performance metrics.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to assess, strategize, and advise on talent needs.
- Schedule intake calls with hiring managers to understand talent needs and establish follow-up cadence to review identified talent, changes to candidate profiles, process feedback, etc.
- Identify and stay current on market trends in the marketplace that impact ability to recruit.
- Handle all aspects of the recruiting process for new hires, transfers, and promotions to include monitoring talent pipeline, screening, interviewing, submitting recommended candidates to hiring managers, scheduling interviews with the hiring leaders, and facilitating the pre-employment requirement steps.
- Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, follow-up in a timely manner and maintain talent branding standards throughout the recruitment and new hire (including training) process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Facilitate extending job offers to selected candidates and ensure that negotiations meet compensation guidelines. Escalate concerns to appropriate internal teams for approval.
- Schedule the new hire for orientation and managing the new hire’s security clearance process.
- Assist with the delivery of new hire orientation.
- Act as liaison for new hires through onboarding and classroom training phases.
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics such as time to fill, cost per hire, candidate experience, offer acceptance, etc.
- Maintain candidate information within applicant tracking system, audit data and assist with reporting when necessary.
- Assist with analyzing talent acquisition data and preparing reporting for talent reviews.
- Assist with developing and implementing candidate initiatives such as talent community development, marketing campaigns, sourcing strategies, job fairs, etc.
- Stay abreast of recruitment best practices and implement practices that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Other job duties and responsibilities may also be assigned based upon Company need.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience with full cycle recruiting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or similar degree.
- Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting including competitive market research, internet searches, and marketing to candidates.
- Experience recruiting candidates for roles in multiple domestic markets.
- Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines.
- Experience working in a fast pace, high-growth company.
