Job Summary:
Mir Home Care is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to ensure a smooth and efficient application process for both clients and caregivers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with applications, coordinating assessments, tracking application progress, and supporting caregivers through the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in completing and submitting applications.
- Follow up with clients to ensure they receive necessary calls from case management for assessments.
- Provide guidance and answer questions about the home care program.
- Visit clients' homes to resolve application or service-related issues.
- Schedule caregiver applications and ensure all necessary documents are completed.
- Track and maintain records of applications and cases to ensure timely processing.
- Ensure caregivers complete TB tests and other onboarding requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required (data tracking, spreadsheets, reports).
- Previous experience in client services and administrative support preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up on pending applications.
- Comfortable making calls and visiting clients’ homes as needed.
- Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
