About the Job
As a key member of our team at FSN (Freedom Search Network), you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilities Maintenance: You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising maintenance tasks performed on facilities and equipment, including complex building repairs using various technical skills such as carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain production equipment in a manner that meets organization standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime.
- Preventive Maintenance: Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance programs and procedures, including overseeing mechanics/technicians who repair and maintain equipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintains inventory of operational supplies and conducts weekly and monthly building inspections for needed repairs and safety hazards.
Requirements
- Experience: Two or more years of experience in each of the trades (i.e., carpentry, electrical and plumbing), five or more years of experience working on commercial heating and air conditioning units and refrigeration systems.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
