Inside Sales / Technical Support Position
Must be detail and team oriented, have good communication, computer and phone skills.
Technical Support responsibilities will include FSR product knowledge. Industry Experience is a plus though not required.
Some Responsibilities will include:
Answering phones to aid customers with quoting, placing, and tracking orders.
Data/Order Entry
Enter returns & service requests
Daily filing of paperwork
Provide Technical Support on FSR's Metal Products
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly rate will vary depending on qualifications & experience.
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
