Salary : POSITION SUMMARY
FSS Technologies is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm and Burg Alarm Technican to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining advanced security and access control systems. A strong background in industry-leading technologies, particularly DMP, Avigilon Ultra, and Avigilon Alta, is essential for this role. Additional knowledge of other top-tier access control solutions will be advantageous.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Install, configure, and maintain security systems and access control solutions, with a primary focus on DMP, Avigilon Ultra, and Avigilon Alta.
- Ensure the security systems are optimized for both functionality and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to access control and security system software and hardware.
- Conduct site assessments and work with clients to design customized security and access control solutions.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and emerging technologies in security and access control.
- Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities and operations.
- Document installations, configurations, and maintenance activities following company standards.
