Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage the full life-cycle recruitment to fill corporate role vacancies
- Source, attract, and secure the best talent while also representing the organization externally
- Expand brand awareness externally
- Oversee the hiring process, make update on current recruiting procedures
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to understand both the current and upcoming recruitment needs
- Consult with hiring managers and present market data related to the employment market
- Engage in both active and passive candidate searches
- Attend industry event, recruitment fairs, networking opportunities to both source candidates and increase FST brand awareness
- Responsible for ATS compliance (offer letters, employee referrals, writing JD, job postings, dispositioning candidates, pre employment drug test/background test, extending the offer)
- You will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST
- Manage the MSP partnership
Requirements:?

- Take ownership of your Duty to Communicate all required and relevant information to necessary people, departments, and customers
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- 2 years of recruiting experience is preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with a sense of urgency
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, critical thinking, and decision making skills
- Negotiation experience is preferred
- ATS experience is required
- Logistics experience is required
- Teamwork oriented with a strong ability to partner and consult at all levels within the organization
