Corporate Recruiter

Golden Reserve is looking to hire a full-time In-House Recruiter who specializes in recruiting for financial institutions to work out of our Dublin Ohio Corporate Office. You would be joining an innovative company that is rapidly growing both in and outside of the state of Ohio. This position pays up to $75,000.00 base pay based on experience, with uncapped bonus potential for placements (estimating $20,000 of additional production compensation, based on performance).

Conversion : Fulfilling our hiring needs is the highest priority of our People Department. You will be asked to find and source financial service professionals that meet specific industry standards and will need to be fully vetted to ensure they are a good fit for Golden Reserve.

Grit : You will get many more rejections than acceptances and that cannot deter you from your mission, which is to help Golden Reserve Grow across the Midwest at a rapid pace, with elite talent.

Heart : Golden Reserve is not looking to fill open positions with just any candidate. You must love what you do and be fulfilled by finding candidates that are an ideal fit for our company culture and will be here for years to come.

Self-Starter : At Golden Reserve, we do not micro-manage. You must be able to use your recruiting skills, and entrepreneurial nature to individually source candidates on a consistent basis. You must also be flexible to adjust your strategy when the current path is not bearing fruit.

What we need :

• 2 years' experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the financial services business sector
• Headhunting experience is preferred
• Knowledge of HRIS and CRM systems, is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• High level of proficiency with MS Office suite
