Responsibilities:
- Managing inventory, warehouse, and other logistics processes within specified customer(s)
- Deliver world class operational excellence, drive efficiencies, ensure inventory accuracy, maximize profitability, and develop and coach operations staff to perform at the highest level
- Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost
- Ensures that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met and performs metrics reporting to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements
- Investigate and perform root cause analysis of customer complaints or service issues and implement corrective action plans to prevent reoccurrence
- Effectively manage and develop Warehouse Supervisors and warehouse employees driving a culture that focuses on the safety, quality, and production of work, while maintaining focus on high levels of employee engagement
- Forecast and ensure proper staffing levels to meet KPIs/SLAs
- Assist in the development/creation of short, medium, and long-term warehousing strategies
- Monitor processes and procedures to ensure compliance such as cycle counts and product expiration review
- You will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST
Requirements:

- Take ownership of your Duty to Communicate all required and relevant information to necessary people, departments, and customers
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or relevant experience
- 5 years’ experience working in logistics and warehousing with 3PL experience strongly preferred
- Experience in demand and labor forecasting
- Ability to manage, coach and provide training to direct reports
- 3 years management experience
- Strong organization and prioritizing skills
- Capability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally
- Ability to make decisions, problem solve, prioritize assignments, and direct the workforce in an ever changing environment
- Ability to manage budgets and read and interpret P&L statements
- Proven track record in supervision of warehouse employees including hiring, training, and termination
- Experience providing high levels of customer service to internal and external customers
- Must be able to cover multiple shifts to support the operations
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for 8-10 hours per day
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
