What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Ft Yuma Quechan Indian Tribe?
Under direct supervision of the Front Desk Supervisor, accommodate guests by registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys, transmitting and receiving messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts, making and confirming reservations, and presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests.
- HS Diploma or GED required/ equivalent required.
- Prior customer service/guest service required.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Prior work experience in the hotel or related field preferred.
- Proficiency testing may apply.
- Tribal preference will be give to qualified applicants.
