Description
Under direct supervision of the Sous Chef, maintains the highest standards of cleanliness of all kitchen food preparation utensils, counters, containers, serving, cooking equipment, and common areas. Precisely follows recipes and instructions regarding food preparation, presentation, and storage.
Qualifications
Minimum of one year prep cook experience, large volume prep cooking preferred. Must be 18 years of age in Arizona and 21 years of age in California. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California. Tribal preference given to enrolled tribal members.
