Who We’re Looking For:

You’re a hunter. You thrive on pursuing new opportunities, forging fresh relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets. You’re energized by the chase, love to close deals, and are motivated by seeing your sales efforts translate into real-world client success. You have 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, and though specific experience with our product isn’t required, your genuine passion for selling solutions that make a difference is essential.

What You’ll Sell:

FTE MicroLearning is our groundbreaking digital learning platform that provides bite-sized, targeted lessons delivered exactly when and where frontline workers and supervisors need them. Our MicroLearning solution is proven to help manufacturing organizations:

  • Reduce downtime and increase productivity by enabling teams to quickly master skills like Lean practices, problem-solving, and quality management.
  • Foster a sustainable culture of continuous improvement by embedding knowledge directly into daily operations.
  • Ensure that training sticks, because it’s practical, immediate, and harnesses the science of adult learning in real-world scenarios.

Simply put, you’ll be selling a solution that manufacturing teams love—because it works.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively hunt and develop new business opportunities, building your pipeline through cold-calling, networking, LinkedIn prospecting, and industry events.
  • Clearly articulate the unique value of FTE MicroLearning, tailoring your pitch to resonate deeply with each prospect’s specific challenges and goals.
  • Identify client pain points quickly, positioning our MicroLearning product as the compelling solution they can’t live without.
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota, ensuring your sales directly contribute to our rapid growth and client success.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably selling intangible or digital solutions. Prior experience selling training, software, or SaaS products is a big plus, but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Outstanding hunter mentality—you love prospecting, developing new relationships, and turning cold leads into enthusiastic customers.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present compelling stories tailored to diverse audiences, from frontline leaders to C-suite executives.
