As an Analytics Manager at BidFTA.com, you will lead a dynamic team tasked with leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiencies across the company. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and a passion for data-driven insights.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and develop a small team of analytics professionals, fostering a collaborative and result-oriented environment.
- Design, manage, and maintain comprehensive reporting systems across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data.
- Develop and implement permanent dashboards and provide ad-hoc reporting to support strategic business decisions.
- Spearhead the adoption of analytics best practices within the organization, advocating for data literacy and enhanced analytical capabilities.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing data-driven strategies and solutions.
- Maintain expertise in analytical tools and applications, particularly MySQL, SQL Server, and PowerBI, to provide robust data insights and reports.
- Train and mentor team members on advanced analytics techniques and best practices.
- Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve the effectiveness of the analytics function.
