Responsibilities:
As the Vice President of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and success of our restaurant group. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Finance Team Leadership: Leading and managing a skilled finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Full Back Office Point of Sale (POS) Software Expertise: Utilizing your in-depth knowledge of full back office point of sale software to optimize financial operations and streamline reporting processes.
- Timely Accounting Reports: Overseeing the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely accounting reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Financial Management: Developing and implementing financial strategies, forecasting revenue and expenses, and monitoring financial performance to achieve organizational goals.
- Revenue Handling: Demonstrating your experience in managing finance teams handling revenues ranging from $100 million to $200 million.
- Master's Degree in Finance: Leveraging your advanced education in finance to analyze financial data, make informed decisions, and provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team.
- Executive Collaboration: Collaborating closely with the executive team to support decision-making, contribute to business growth, and drive financial success.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Finance: A master's degree in finance or a related field is required, demonstrating your strong foundation in financial principles.
- Minimum 5 Years as VP of Finance, or a CFO position : Proven experience as a Vice President of Finance for a minimum of 5 years, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Finance Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Full Back Office POS Software Experience: Proficiency in utilizing full back office point of sale software to manage financial operations and generate accurate reports.
- Strong Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, along with the ability to make strategic recommendations based on financial insights.
