Job Summary
We are partnered with a national industry leading organization in the Southern Tier looking for an Accounting Supervisor to join their team!
They're looking for a strategic supervisor who can help drive key initiatives with an emphasis on team development!
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute various accounting functions, including general ledger, fixed assets, accounts payable, tax reporting, and inventory management.
- Lead the implementation, communication, and interpretation of accounting and financial policies to ensure compliance with GAAP and to improve systems.
- Supervise audit processes to ensure proper internal controls and compliance.
- Provide training, development, and growth opportunities for finance department teammates.
- Develop a strong understanding of the production environment and serve as the financial liaison with the division management team.
- Contribute to the growth and development of teammates across all departments and actively participate in the division leadership team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
