Primary Responsibilities
- Entering AP invoices
- Maintaining AP Aging Report
- Processing weekly A/P check run
- Setting up new accounts with vendors
- Maintaining vendor accounts
- Processing customer invoices
- Processing customer payments
- Maintaining AR Aging Report
- Making collection calls on past due invoices
- Processing customer credit applications
- Assist in month end reconciliation as assigned
- Assist in weekly processing of employee payroll
- Any other office duties that may be assigned
- Timely entry of AP invoices
- Timely entry of AP payments within agreed upon vendor terms
- Accuracy of AP transactions
- Timely entry of AR invoice processing
- Timely Bank Deposits
- Level of receivables and aging
- Timely processing of customer credit applications
- Accuracy and timeliness of payroll transactions assigned
- Accuracy and timeliness of month end transactions assigned
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent phones skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office
- Experience working with an ERP/MRP System (Epicor) preferred
