Position : Accounting Assistant

Location : Delaware County, New York

Job Type : Full time

Shift Available : Day Shift (Monday-Friday)

Salary : $16.50 per hour

Job Summary : The Accounting Clerk is responsible to ensure accurate & timely data entry of invoice’s and Medicaid payments, processing of daily cash receipts, purchasing of items, processing checks, reconciliation and filing.

• The position involves juggling multiple tasks, independent projects, data and task management.
• Execute daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting tasks for the organization.
• Entering invoice transaction information
• Maintains financial records by filing accounting documents.
• Assist in all areas of accounting and special projects as necessary.
