Job Purpose:
To manage the financial and administrative functions of the organization, ensuring objectives are met through effective planning, organization, and evaluation, with support from senior management. Responsible for overseeing accounting functions, financial statements, budgeting, cash flow management, and compliance with company processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of financial reports to management and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to complete the annual budget and facilitate insurance renewals and audits.
- Review financial reports for accuracy and implement variance measurement systems.
- Work closely with the CFO to establish and implement financial variance measurements and reporting.
- Manage relationships with financing partners and maintain financial covenant calculations.
- Supervise cash flow management, including accounts payable/receivable, bank accounts, and reconciliations.
- Oversee investor reporting and respond to investor inquiries.

Qualifications:

- 3 years of experience working with a large firm in audit or financial consulting (excluding tax), serving a diverse range of clients.
- CPA designation preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to adapt and learn across various industries.
- Experience in business expansion and startup operations.
