Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough account analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of balance sheets and accounts receivable.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights on financial performance and support strategic initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare detailed financial reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators.
Skills
- Home Building experience is a huge plus
- Prefer candidates that have held an "Accounting Manager" title but not required
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles.
- Experience in public accounting is preferred.
- Proficient in account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements.
- Excellent understanding of financial concepts and practices.
- Strong skills in financial report writing with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining a high level of integrity.
