Overview
Our local partner is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join their team!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our backend system. This role is crucial for ensuring that our databases are up-to-date and reliable, supporting various departments within the organization.
Duties
- Input and update data into databases and systems with high accuracy.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure integrity and completeness of information.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, including the use of pivot tables for data analysis.
- Organize and maintain electronic files and records in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and retrieving documents as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
- Respond to inquiries regarding data entry status or discrepancies in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Proficiency in high volume data entry
- strong attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with database management systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
