Demand Generation Digital Marketing Specialist
***Hybrid – Must be local to Charlotte or surrounding area***
Job Purpose:
The Demand Generation Digital Marketing Specialist will support the Digital Demand Generation team in building compelling digital stories via email and social media campaigns. This role will contribute to the execution of an omni-channel digital strategy for regional marketing teams and help develop the digital editorial calendar to align with regional marketing plans.
Skills:
- Digital Project Management: Manage digital campaigns within Workfront from development to completion, collaborating with stakeholders across the global marketing organization and digital team.
- Email Marketing: Execute and distribute regularly scheduled and ad hoc promotional emails via Marketo and Stensul. Develop strategies to expand and engage opt-in mail lists using ZoomInfo and Salesforce.
- Digital Advertising (Search, Display, Paid Social Media): Develop, edit, and execute digital advertising campaigns through Sprinklr, Google, and Microsoft. Balance business objectives, stakeholder demands, and trending topics to create impactful campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation.
- Reporting & Optimization: Analyze key metrics and optimize digital campaigns based on findings.
- Special Projects: Support additional strategic marketing initiatives as they evolve.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience with email and social media management platforms (Marketo, Sprinklr, or similar).
- Strong writing and messaging skills tailored for different audiences, ensuring a customer-first approach.
- Ability to create compelling content using words, images, and video.
- Strong understanding of audience engagement and content consumption preferences.
- Ability to repurpose content and create real-time digital messaging.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with evolving strategies.
- Strong editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Desired/Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with Sprinklr or similar social media management tools.
- Knowledge of Workfront or similar project management platforms.
- Understanding of web development principles and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AEM).
- Database management experience.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Passion for technology and digital marketing.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
