We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Specialist to support our client in Grand Rapids, MI. FTS Inc., is partnering with an organization who is looking to add a new team member to their growing company!
This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to drive business performance. The FP&A Specialist will collaborate with various departments to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Analyze financial statements to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop financial models to support strategic planning.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Prepare management reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with financial planning software (e.g., SAP, ) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
