Job Summary:
Our local partner is seeking an HR Coordinator to support their team!
This person will support various HR functions with a focus on recruitment and hiring. Responsibilities include job postings, application screening, interviews, background checks, onboarding, and compliance with employment regulations.
The role also involves assisting with HR policies, employee relations, benefits, payroll coordination, and reporting. Strong ethical standards, professionalism, and collaboration are essential. If you're looking to join a community partner, this role is for you!
Hours: 8am- 4:30pm Monday-Friday onsite
Responsibilities:
- Manage job postings, application processing, and candidate screening.
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background screenings.
- Oversee onboarding and maintain compliance with employment regulations
- Assist with HR policies, reporting, benefits, and payroll coordination
- Participate in HR projects, training, and community outreach
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in HR or related field required; Bachelor’s preferred
- Minimum of two years of HR experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, and database management
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
