Under the guidance of the Human Resources Director, this role functions as a professional within a customer-focused, collaborative Human Resources Department. The position requires a fully competent HR professional capable of independently managing a wide array of responsibilities. These include designing and delivering HR services and projects, administering and maintaining HR programs, and performing data analysis within specialized HR areas. Reporting directly to the HR Director, the individual is expected to fulfill the role of an HR Generalist, manage assigned projects, compile and analyze technical data, prepare detailed reports, and present recommendations effectively to address complex HR inquiries and challenges.
