Leasing Agent

Position: Leasing Agent
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday
Compensation: $25–$27 per hour Bonus Incentives

We are partnered with a client seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join their team at a luxury Class A apartment community. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a high-end experience for both prospective and current residents. This position plays a key role in achieving leasing goals and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and build genuine rapport during property tours
• Respond to walk-in, phone, and online inquiries with timely and professional follow-up
• Process lease applications and renewals with accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready, including performing final walkthroughs
• Maintain ongoing communication with residents throughout their lease term
• Understand and analyze local market conditions to assist in pricing and strategy
• Conduct weekly market surveys and compile traffic/leasing reports
• Support and contribute to community marketing efforts (flyering, e-blasts, local outreach)
• Assist in planning, promoting, and attending resident events
• Strive to meet or exceed leasing goals
• Provide a luxury-level resident experience and ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in residential property management preferred
• Experience working with Class A apartment communities strongly preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with property management software preferred (RealPage and KNOCK)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must be available to work Sundays
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
