We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Leasing Administrator in Barnegat, New Jersey. As a Leasing Administrator, your focus will be on the following responsibilities:• Answers a high volume of incoming property phone calls. • Warmly greets visitors, prospective renters, and current residents. • Provides potential and current residents with accurate information. • Promotes the Company properties through various media and advertising techniques, social media, Facebook, Instagram, constant contact. • Files paperwork pertaining to the property. • Organizes the office and orders supplies. • Partners with maintenance team on work orders for the residents. • Maintains wait list, updates, send letters. • Tours property daily to ensure it is neat, tidy, attractive, and in good repair. • Performs other related duties as assigned.
