Leasing Coordinator

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Leasing Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in assisting with managing the leasing process for our properties. As a Leasing Coordinator, you will act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants and current tenants. Your responsibilities will include coordinating lease agreements, ensuring compliance with our City's and State's rules and regulations plus our company policies, and maintaining excellent tenant relations amongst other things. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently multitask. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate, property management, or a related field, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service aligning with our Company's Core Values :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and assist with managing the leasing process for our residential properties.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants plus schedule and sometimes host property tours.
  • Prepare and review lease agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of tenant information and lease documentation.
  • Collaborate and report to your supervisor, the leasing manager, to address tenant concerns by also working with the other facilities in the building.
  • Monitor, research, and report on occupancy rates and leasing performance metrics.
  • Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants and creative initiatives for our current tenants.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal leasing regulations.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 3 years of experience in apartment or property management, with hospitality experience being a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple apartments or properties and maintain high occupancy rates.
  • Strong understanding of leasing and property management principles, including tenant relations and legal regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
