Marketing Director

Position: Marketing Director

Industry: Homebuilding

Responsibilities:

• This position has supervisory responsibilities and will lead a team of people.
• Coordinate all operational aspects of active selling communities, start-ups, and closeouts on a daily basis.
• Oversee inventory and distribution of marketing collateral materials, including digital brochures, floor plans, and handouts, for each community.
• Cultivate relationships with signage, marketing, and PR trade partners to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials.
• Manage the inventory and distribution of promotional materials and miscellaneous items for model homes.
• Oversee company and MLS website maintenance.
• Coordinate and participate in all sales and company-sponsored events, occasionally requiring weekend and evening attendance.
• Track and analyze community traffic and marketing effectiveness to make informed recommendations for optimizing return on investment.
• Collaborate with sales and corporate marketing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Complete administrative duties including generating reports, creating spreadsheets, and processing invoices for approval and payment.
• Participate in sales meetings, conduct community visits, and stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, advertising or marketing.
• 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager.
• New home building industry experience is required.
• Proficiency with various social media platforms and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
