We are seeking a Billing Manager to lead all aspects of medical billing and reimbursement, ensuring a smooth revenue cycle from charge entry to collections. In this role, you’ll oversee a team, manage KPIs, and drive improvements to maximize collections. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, resolve billing issues, and contribute to financial reporting and audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage charge entry, claims submission, patient statements, and collections.
- Track and report KPIs to drive efficiency.
- Lead and train the billing team to enhance accuracy and performance.
- Resolve billing issues and audit delinquent accounts.
- Prepare and reconcile financial reports.
- Support audits and collaborate cross-departmentally.
What You Bring:
- 7 years of billing experience (healthcare setting preferred).
- 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes and payer portals.
- Billing/coding certification preferred.
- Experience with Qualifacts is a plus.
