This position is crucial in managing HVAC and plumbing projects from estimation to completion, ensuring technical precision, outstanding customer service, and project success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct HVAC & Plumbing estimating for residential and light commercial new build projects, ensuring competitive pricing and accuracy.
- Oversee the design and build of HVAC and plumbing systems for new residential and light commercial construction, adhering to best industry practices.
- Provide technical support for ongoing projects, resolving issues that arise during construction.
- Manage projects through all phases, from design to rough-in and finish, including material ordering and scheduling to meet deadlines.
- Represent the company in sales support roles, liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, and participating in project design meetings.
- Perform job site reviews and progress check-ins to track project milestones and ensure quality standards are met.
- Support company leadership in daily operations, contributing to strategic initiatives and decisions.
- Suggest Value Engineering solutions to enhance project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee engineering plans for commercial and custom residential projects, from review and submittals through to completion.
- Prepare estimates and proposals for HVAC replacements and new installations in existing residential and multi-family homes.
- Manage and support installation teams, participating in annual reviews and providing input on performance to foster continuous improvement.
