Job Description:
We are partnered with a private new home construction builder seeking a motivated New Home Sales Agent to drive sales, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to community success. This role requires a dynamic, proactive individual with a passion for real estate and a collaborative approach to achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and increase traffic to the community through outreach, calls, emails, and appointment setting.
- Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute traffic-building activities.
- Monitor and adjust outreach strategies based on campaign performance and engagement analytics.
- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers, guiding them through the homebuying process from initial contact to settlement.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers, providing updates and answering questions along the way.
- Stay knowledgeable about community offerings, market trends, and competitive properties.
- Provide expert advice on financing options, resale programs, and home features.
- Ensure the model homes, community spaces, and signage are well-maintained and visually appealing.
- Work closely with the design, management, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and positive homebuying experience.
- Track leads, sales activity, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet community sales goals and improve the overall sales process.
Qualifications:
- Previous New Home Sales experience required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication tools.
- Enthusiastic, results-driven, and dedicated to providing exceptional service.
Schedule:
- Weekends required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $180,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
