We are partnered with a residential builder seeking an additional New Home Sales Agent to guide buyers through the home purchasing process—from first visit to closing. This role focuses on generating leads, building relationships, and delivering a top-tier customer experience while working closely with internal teams to meet community sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and follow up with leads using CRM and custom outreach strategies.
- Set appointments, conduct tours, and manage the full sales cycle.
- Coordinate with marketing to drive traffic and analyze campaign performance.
- Maintain strong communication with buyers throughout their journey.
- Keep model homes and community areas presentation-ready.
- Stay informed on market trends, financing options, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams including design, construction, and marketing.
- Attend weekly meetings and provide updates on sales activity and progress.
Qualifications:
- Experience in new home sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and e-signature tools
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $180,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
