Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors and suppliers.
- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain the general ledger by recording financial transactions, reconciliations, and adjustments as necessary.
- Support the month-end close process by preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate reporting of financial data and adherence to deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, providing insights on accounts payable and expense trends.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of [1] years of accounting experience, preferably in accounts payable and general ledger management.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar) and strong Excel skills.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
