Job Overview :

The VP of Sales will be responsible for leading and overseeing all sales activities within our Atlanta market. You will develop and implement sales strategies, manage a team of sales professionals, and work closely with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to ensure the successful growth and profitability of the company’s home sales. This is a leadership role that requires strong sales acumen, team management skills, and knowledge of the Georgia real estate market.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance, achievement of sales goals, and professional development.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Atlanta, including setting annual targets, managing budgets, and monitoring sales performance.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Oversee and drive the sales process for new home communities, from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the construction and operations teams to ensure homes are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Manage relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other partners in the local market.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Stay informed about the local real estate market trends, regulations, and industry changes, particularly those impacting residential home sales.

Qualifications :

  • Georgia Real Estate License required; Broker License preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the homebuilding or real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Georgia’s real estate market and regulatory environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive growth and exceed targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and other industry professionals.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Proficiency with sales and CRM software tools.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving sales goals and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

    Pay : $175,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
