About the Role:
As VP of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to launch and grow Valor Communities in Atlanta. You will oversee sales team performance, lead generation, digital and traditional marketing efforts, and the design and launch of new community sales centers. This role requires a combination of strategic leadership, hands-on execution, and deep industry expertise to drive home sales and brand recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy
• Develop and implement a sales strategy to maximize home sales and market share in Atlanta.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Establish and manage sales processes, pricing strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Oversee CRM management, ensuring effective lead tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with leadership to analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and sales data.
Marketing & Branding
• Lead the brand positioning and digital marketing strategy for Valor Communities in Atlanta.
• Oversee all aspects of lead generation, social media, digital advertising, and content creation.
• Ensure marketing materials, website content, and community promotions align with brand identity.
• Direct the design and launch of community sales centers, ensuring they enhance the homebuyer experience.
Community Launch & Growth
• Oversee the grand openings, model home launches, and sales center designs across multiple locations.
• Partner with real estate agents, brokers, and local businesses to increase market awareness.
• Implement strategic outreach programs to generate interest and foot traffic in new communities.
• Analyze customer feedback, market data, and sales performance to refine sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
• Proven leadership experience in new home sales, real estate, or a related industry.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in sales team management, lead generation, and customer relationship strategies.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Experience in designing and launching new sales centers for home communities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary with a pay range of $150,000-$200,000 based on experience and qualifications.
