Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage Sales Team: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth for residential developments.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing homebuyers, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders in the community.
- Market Analysis: Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and buyer preferences to adjust sales strategies and maximize market share.
- Sales Process Oversight: Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for buyers.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze sales performance, provide regular reports to upper management, and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Customer Experience: Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction, addressing issues promptly and professionally to maintain the developer’s reputation.
- Experience: 3 years of proven sales experience in residential real estate or a similar industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Leadership: Previous experience managing and leading a sales team.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of residential real estate sales, pricing strategies, and market conditions in the Venice area.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and drive results.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred but not required).
- License: Florida Real Estate License (preferred but not required).
