Sales Manager – In-Home Retail Sales (Tampa to Cape Coral)
Full-Time | Base Commission | Company Vehicle Tech Package
We’re seeking a seasoned Sales Manager with a proven track record leading high-performance in-home sales teams. If you’re an experienced sales leader who can coach, drive results, and thrive in the field, we want to talk to you.
Territory: Tampa to Cape Coral (Including Sarasota, Fort Myers & surrounding areas)
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Compensation:
- $50,000 base salary
- $50,000–$150,000 commission
- Company car gas card
- Tech package: MacBook, iPad, and phone included
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a team of in-home sales representatives
- Train on closing techniques, presentation skills, and follow-up strategies
- Set and track sales goals, KPIs, and territory performance
- Participate in field appointments to support and coach reps
- Drive recruitment efforts to grow and strengthen the sales team
- Report performance to upper management with actionable insights
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years managing in-home retail sales teams
- Strong background in home improvement, roofing, solar, gutters, or similar industries
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends when needed
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
