Position Summary:
The Accounting Processor responsibilities include but not limited to assist the office/accounting manager in the operational and fiscal activities within the company, assist in the planning and development of systems and procedures to improve the operational quality and efficiency of the division, perform general office tasks like organizing and delivering documents, filing reports, updating records and communicating with vendors, customers, and other associates.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective telephone, mail, and electronic communications both internally and externally to maintain a professional image.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of expense reports and invoice coding, entry, and/or payments.
- Ensure expense reports and invoices are signed and approved.
- Respond to associate, vendor, customer inquiries regarding invoices.
- Provide historical reference upon request.
- Record maintenance – reconcile, retain, protect, retrieval and disposal of records.
- Communicate with other associates and assist when needed.
- Assist staff in resolving complex or out of policy operational problems.
- On going continuation of vendor/customer communication and relationship
- Respond to associate, vendor, customer needs in a timely manner.
- Assist accounting staff.
- Keep sensitive information confidential.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to satisfactorily perform the essential duties of this job.
- Above average communication skills – orally and in written format
- Basic computer skills in the utilization of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central Dynamics a plus
- Organization skills
- Initiative and leadership traits.

- Ability to multitask and handle crisis situations in a calm and effective manner.
- Majority of the time spent at work will be in an office setting, sitting at a desk.

- Occasional climbing, crouching, kneeling.
