Salary :
FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The pay range for this position is $32 - $34 per hour, but actual pay will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.
Your Responsibilities :
As a member of the FUCHS Smart Services (FSS) team, you will be part of a driven community focused on providing our customers with world-class solutions that help push our customers forward. The Site Supervisor will lead teams or individuals ranging across various skill levels at multiple customer locations by using a series of online, meeting, and supervisory tools. You are responsible for leading on-site teams by example to ensure that the on-site services are executed safely, deliver results, and demonstrate quality. This is a hands-on role, and the supervisor is expected to perform technician functions on a regular basis (fluid testing, cleanouts, lift truck operation, etc.) and be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
This position is scheduled fo Day Shift Monday – Friday with potential overtime and weekends.
Additional responsibilities include :
- Facilitate and Document daily team meeting to review safety initiatives, potential non compliances, daily team objectives and individual roles.
- Schedule personnel as well as Review and Approve Daily Electronic Time Sheets
- Coordinate ’back-up’ support and cross train personnel to fill in positions as required during personnel absences
- Communicate actively with customers, the team and other (remote) stakeholders to exceed customer expectations
- Participate in Quality Audits as well as assist / follow Up in completion of Audit Corrective Actions
- Participate in the Interview / Hiring Process as well as Orientation, Training
- Conduct recurring Personnel Reviews
- Be able to provide hands on work as required including sampling, testing, filter changes, lift truck operation, etc
